Candice Kelly

Candice coordinates the activities of the team at the Food Systems Centre. As part of this role, she heads the sustainable food systems stream within the PDG and MPhil degrees and is appointed as an Extraordinary Lecturer at Stellenbosch University. 

She is also conducting doctoral research on people leading food system transitions in South Africa. Prior to completing her own MPhil at the SI, Candice's Business Science degree allowed her to work in a number of corporate settings. In her time off, Candice enjoys cooking the food she studies all day, and then walking off the calories in the forests of Cape Town with her dog, Banksy.
