Rika Preiser is based at the Centre for Studies in Complexity since 2009 and has been a part-time lecturer in the Department of Philosophy since 2008 at the Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
Rosaline Van Niekerk
Ross is a registered Assessor and Facilitator in Lynedoch Early Learning. She holds a NQF level 4 and NQF level 5 Diploma in Early Childhood Development.
Rosie runs the Young Women in Agriculture programme, and coordinates and co-facilitates the SI Explorers immersive learning journeys run in Nepal.
Ruenda is currently a guest lecturer and course coordinator: as a member of BiomimicrySA, Ruenda often shares the potential of nature-inspired innovation during Eco-design and Biodiversity modules.
IT and Health and Safety Coordinator
Shaun is the IT Administrator, providing desktop and technical support. He holds a Diploma in A+ Computer Technician and N+ Computer networking from CTU training solution in Stellenbosch, and Operations Management Diploma from Correspondence Training Academy.

Maintenance Agent - iShack
Tuliswa conducts preventative maintenance and responds to maintenance calls - involving anything from replacing a broken fuse to following technical troubleshooting protocols.
Vanessa von der Heyde
Vanessa von der Heyde did her MPhil through the SI in 2013 and was so inspired by this life-changing journey that she graduated with a burning desire to not only be a changemaker herself, but also enable others to be changemakers in working towards a more equitable, inclusive and resilient world.
Operations and Data Manager - iShack
Warren is the Operations and Data Manager of the iShack Project, as well as a part time student in the Sustainability Institute's PGD in Sustainable Development.
Xitshembiso looks after the gardens at the SI.
